UoN GPA · CGPA Calculator — Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the UoN GPA · CGPA Calculator app ("the app") handles information. The app is developed and published by mAs87. It is an unofficial, independent tool built to help University of Narowal students calculate their GPA/CGPA, and is not an official University publication.
The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us or to any server. All data you enter — subjects, credit hours, grades, marks, and calculated results — is saved only on your own device, using your device's local storage. We cannot see, access, collect, or retrieve this data. Nothing you type into the calculator ever leaves your device through the app itself.
The app displays advertisements using Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google AdMob and its partners may collect and use certain information from your device, such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and approximate location, in accordance with Google's own policies.
You can review how Google handles this data here: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, the app will show a consent form on first use, asking how your data may be used for advertising purposes, in line with applicable data protection laws. You can review or change this choice at any time using the "Privacy Settings" link available within the app.
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this app, please contact us using the details below.
Since the app does not collect or store personal data on any server, there is no server-side personal data held by us to secure. Any information processed for advertising purposes is handled directly by Google, subject to Google's own security and privacy practices.
You can manage or withdraw your ad consent at any time inside the app via the "Privacy Settings" link. You can also manage your Google ad personalization preferences generally at Google Ads Settings, or reset/limit your device's advertising identifier in your device's system settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
